Return policy
We always recommend our clients to record a video when they are opening the pack, this way both client and company have a proof how the product is, since everything is sealed and protected by our package it has a very little margin of that it will be damaged. In case it happen please send us the video within 14 days after your purchase at dargento.jewelery@outlook.com, and we will ask the product back to be evaluated it in order of a better outcome.
Exchanges
Due the situation the world is still going thought we don’t do exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in the product description section.
